Our products are intended for the body, not the face. 

Separation in our products are normal. Since our products are made with natural ingredients, there are no chemicals to keep the oils & bases bonded. Please shake your products before use. 

Please do a patch test before use. All skin types & sensitivities are not the same. If a product does not work for you, please feel free to email us at info@jadescrown.com

Shipping policy 

Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order. Tracking information is provided after your items have been shipped. Please keep in mind that there are shipping delays as a result of Covid-19. The processing time does not include shipping time. At this time we are only shipping in the United States. 

Please check your shipping address for accuracy before finalizing your purchase. If a shipping address is incorrect this will result in an order cancellation. 

Return & Exchange policy

All products are handmade, therefore no product will be identical. All sales are final. 

Exchanges - We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. Product will be exchanged only for the same item. Send us an email at info@jadescrown.com 

We are not responsible for lost/stolen items or items returned to sender due to customer error. If a product is returned due to being undeliverable due to customer error, that customer is responsible for full shipping and/or reshipping charges. If an item is lost/stolen, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. 

How long do your products last? 

For best results, we recommended using your products within a year. 

My body butter came melted. What do I do? 

Hot weather can cause some products to melt in transit. Place your product in the refrigerator for a few hours. 

My shimmer oil came separated? What do I do? 

Shake before use.
